Expectation / Expectativa

Personal memories are the basis of this work. Not that I ever lived in a crooked house near a railway, although certainly would have liked... But for this type of houses to be so present in the imaginarium, I may have noticed a few in some good memory trips already distant in time.
Really present, is the expectation of the train passage, with all the fascination that it always had on any child. A crescendo of enthusiasm from the still distant whistle until when, making wind on the face, the huge, black and smoky machine ran noisily before the eyes, tugging colored tons of iron and wood that would give rhythmic beats on the track. Brief seconds only, but how much adrenaline!!

It's a favorite kind of house and yes, the two kids are just about to see a train passing by... Maybe they will wave to the passengers :))
