The tower of Mirapencas / A torre de Mirapencas

Pleasant view is this turreted old manor, maybe older than it appears, since it may have undergone major changes around the second half of 19th century. Even in a day of leaden skies, one of those days that some obscure decree unfairly implanted in our minds as being sadder and less interesting than the sunny ones, its pink facade stands out with elegance through the great fields whose green is so insuperably accentuated precisely on these occasions.

pink house... very nice house!

Maybe an old family is living in the house, wealthy enough to keep it in such good condition... I would be happy with the smaller one in the other side of the road :)))
