Beira-rio / Riverside

I painted this watercolor to try a paper that was offered a few years ago, which I was keeping at home in one of my chaotic cabinets.
The result would have been a huge sales success at the corner of Sampaio Bruno and Sá da Bandeira streets at the height of the 80's; If you're from Porto, you know what I'm talking...

This is wonderful. I like the color palette that you use so much! And the way your pieces seem to lead the viewer into the scene.

Thank you, Katherine. I struggled a little bit with this one, as it's a size pretty bigger than I'm used to, and I still don't have proper brushes for bigger washes, but for a first experience it wasn't that bad :))
