Here's another of my "uncommitted" works, just an excuse to play with light and shadows ... I gave it the name I gave because I like that word game, but also because it is the title of a song I like. So, because I can't say anything on the subject, we will be uncertain if the shepherd is heading for one more day with his inseparable herd, or if is back from that same journey... In one way or another, these are two moments of special magic though, not without guilt from my cozy pillow, I'm much more familiar with the second one.
Aqui está mais um dos meus trabalhos "descomprometidos", simples pretexto para jogos de luz e sombras... Dei-lhe o nome que dei porque me agrada esse outro jogo de palavras, mas também porque é o título - em língua inglesa - de uma música de que gosto muito. Ficaremos assim, porque nada sei dizer sobre o assunto, na incerteza se o pastor se afasta para mais um dia com o seu inseparável rebanho, ou se está de volta dessa mesma jornada... Num caso ou noutro, são dois momentos de magia especial embora, não sem culpa do meu aconchegante travesseiro, esteja mais familiarizado com o segundo.

For some reason, I'm thinking he's coming home. Maybe I'm used to seeing smoke from morning chimneys or early mist. Anyway, it's a beautiful scene. We see shepherds quite often here in our region as they work their way up the valleys with their flocks.
I think you may be right, Rob, it's possibly a late afternoon scene: The early mist is a good point :)))
