Fascinam-me os interiores de velhas igrejas, e só não me tenho aventurado a desenhá-los pelo tremendo esforço que a sua luminosidade, quase sempre insuficiente, representa para a minha vista desgastada.
No entanto, e com a ajuda de um belo sol da tarde irrompendo pelas janelas, pude abrir uma excepção nos Arcos de Valdevez graças a este belíssimo exemplar que me proporcionou uma hora de pacífico deleite.
I'm fascinated with old church interiors, and if I haven't ventured myself to sketch them, it is due to the tremendous effort that their luminosity, often insufficient, represents for my battered eyesight.
However, with the help of a nice afternoon sunshine breaking through the windows, I could open an exception in Arcos de Valdevez, thanks to this gorgeous specimen which provided me with an hour of peaceful delight.
