Alright -- where IS this peaceful world you're painting?!! I'm now convinced you're keeping it safely nestled within your imagination, allowing glimpses of it's existence through your paintings.
You couldn't be more right... It no longer exists except on memory and imagination. Maybe some few places around will remind it for a while, but nothing else but a short recall.
